Before our walk, we meet the donkeys and find out about their nature and special needs and features. You will learn how to approach, groom, feed, put on the halter and handle a donkey. To start our trip we choose the appropriate donkey for each hiker. The distance we shall cover is about 3-6 kilometers depending on your courage and includes a break for water and beverages. The path we take is full of old olive trees and vineyards. During our trekking you will learn how to read and understand the donkey's behavior and how to lead and negotiate with your donkey. Walking by the side of the most patient and calm animal is a unique experience that you will remember forever. When we arrive back to the stable, you can participate in feeding the donkeys, as well as the chickens and the ducks. Now, we offer you the chance to design these lamps yourself at nearly the same price, all while immersing yourself in TURKISH CULTURE, STORIES, and legends. Throughout the experience, our instructor will be there to assist you and provide full support. We'll talk about the history of glass arts and mosaic lamps, as well as dive into Turkish culture. During the experience, you can enjoy UNLIMITED TEA and savor delicious fresh TURKISH DELIGHTS. Surrounded by a lunar landscape, we will learn to understand and explore Mount Etna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its beauty and uniqueness. Strolling along the largest volcano in Europe, you will admire the imposing volcanic structure with its typical flora and fauna. We will visit one of the most fascinating sites where you can watch the sunset together (you will not see the sun setting but only appreciate the colors). We will enter a lava tube, created during the volcano's eruptions, equipped with a helmet and flashlights. It will be fascinating to discover not only their creation, but also the secrets that they hide so jealously in their darkness.
