• This is a foodie immersion in real, ordinary San Sebastian. Get a real sense of community, and understand what life's like here. Eat as you learn about local history and culture. I work with a small but mighty team of amazing guides who also love food, this city and will make you feel at home. • For every person who joins, we donate a meal to the local soup kitchen that feeds people who live on the streets. You Eat One you Feed One! • 3hr walking, where there's mostly eating and less than 10 mins-walk between each stop. • We’ll go to 5 specially selected stops within 2 different neighbourhoods. • You'll indulge and learn all about the unique culinary tradition of going out for pintxos! Pintxos pronounced 'pin-choss', are different from tapas and are a way of socializing in Basque culture here. We'll show you how to navigate the local food scene. So you can feel confident doing it on your own, and eat & drink the best the city has to offer. • This is a tour for people who genuinely travel for food. Who want to get immersed in the culture, give back and have fun! *Minimum 2 people, please :) *Private tours also available! • No trip to San Sebastian is complete without a full-on pintxos experience! -Please check "Ama Ur cooking studio". -I´ll show you ingredients from traditional Basque gastronomy and we will locate them geographically in the territory of the seven Basque provinces, so you can tour the Basque Country through its gastronomic culture. -We will cook and taste 6 of the most famous Pintxos of San Sebastián´s bars, while I tell you their stories, secrets and tips so you can cook like a local chef. They will be 6 bite "Basque tapas" that will include local ingredients as fish, pork, cheese, eggs, dairy products and vegetables. Dessert will include the original recipe of "the best Cheesecake in the World", from "La Viña" bar. It is possible to adapt the 6 pintxos for vegetarians, but because most of the ingredients in our culture are of animal origin, it is not a course suitable for vegans. Sorry. -We will set up a little stand with different props for you to take beautiful photographs of the Pintxos you've prepared, so you can share your experience and new knowledge with family and friends. Cook like a local !! Other things to note The class I offer is dynamic. You, traveller, will cook your own Pintxos with my help. The most important thing is to arrive hungry for cooking, learning, enjoying and getting your hands dirty!!

As we tour the neighborhoods surrounding the picturesque historic district, we will eat the food that has made San Sebastian the culinary capital of the world. We will pass some of the city's main attractions and teach you about the city's history and fascinating Basque culture. You will experience both the traditional pintxo culture and the avant-garde culinary scene. This experience will be an authentic look at Basque gastronomic culture and the important role that it plays in daily life. We will try 6+ spectacular pintxos each paired with a local drink from 3-4 different establishments. We will create a custom pintxo tour for you, based on your personal preferences, and teach you how to identify and order the best pintxos on your own. Come experience San Sebastian's gastronomic scene. Blow your mind with the best food in the world. The tour will last approximately 4.5 hours. Other things to note We will experience the BEST pintxos in San Sebastian! The tour is molded after a Michelin star menu. That said, we will not be visiting a Michelin star restaurant because they do not serve pintxos.

We'll visit 5 different bars for a glass & pintxos (Basque tapas). It's a full meal, a great night out & exactly what the locals like to do. You'll BE A LOCAL with me! Along the route I'll show you the sites & tell you about the history & culture of the Basque Country, but my focus is definitely on FOOD & DRINK. There's no better way to learn why this is one of the world's most delicious culinary capitols. My route & the menu changes daily, but we'll do a mix from the traditional to the modern. Expect to dine of anchovies, squid, bacalao, veal cheeks, foie gras, maybe we'll nibble on a pig ear or two? Thirsty? I'm great at pairing the perfect pour with the perfect plate, from local ciders to white wine (txakoli), young & aged tempranillo from La Rioja & beyond. There's also beer & vermouth! We're gonna have a blast, get a good walk in, have some laughs & of course EAT & DRINK VERY WELL.

We will meet at 7 am, in the old town. After a briefing, we will go to the balconies of an apartment located in the MERCADERES street and LA CURVA de la ESTAFETA (more details provided after booking) to enjoy and understand the Running from a Balcony. I will give you all the information you need, so that you will not miss any detail of what happens in the street. While we wait and while we enjoy the event, I will explain you the historical details and will provide you information and many other details to understand our traditions, our culture, etc. You will understand everything during and after the running event. Includes: VIP balcony, local guide and breakfast. Hours from 7 am to 08:30 am (approx.). Once the event is finished, I will lead you back to our meeting point. First-time runners and festival goers: Join me on an hour-long journey where the famous running takes place, during the San Fermín festival, to learn everything you could want to know about the run: techniques, contingencies, rules, approaches, considerations, and best practices. We will meet near Town Hall Square (Plaza Consistorial). The tour is deeply informative to give guests a depth of knowledge about each section of the run route. I am a recognized veteran runner and documentary filmmaker who has been deeply involved in fiesta since 2007. I know these streets intimately, and I passionately enjoy sharing my stories and knowledge with others. This tour caters to runners and festival-goers alike, with an emphasis on the technique, rules, and best practices for running in Spain, as learned from a true expert.

Ensuite, nous nous rendrons dans l'une de nos caves à cidre pour une petite visite du pommier et des installations de cidre. Nous accompagnerons cette visite avec une dégustation de cidre en bouteille et directement à partir des tonels. Nous dégusterons ensuite le menu traditionnel de cidre.

J'ai le plaisir de vous faire découvrir une balade à pied partant du Col de Belate autour de 3 grands Monts de la Vallée du Baztan : Le Saioa ( 1455 m), Okolin ( 1355 m ) et le Xuriain (1410 m). Cette activité est une boucle d'une distance et dénivelés "modulables" (7 à 13km max) selon les groupes. Je m'adapte au rythme de marche et condition de chacun. Les points de vues rencontrés y sont uniques : Côte Atlantique, Pays Basque, Navarre, Pyrénnées Occidentales. Des paysages à couper le souffle lorsque le temps est dégagé. Vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir les verts pâturages si caractéristiques en Navarre. Vous rencontrerez des brebis locales, les emblématiques chevaux Basques (Pottoks) mais aussi une magnifique forêt qui longe un ruisseau sur le chemin retour. Cette expérience s'étend sur une matinée complète. De Avril à Octobre, la température est souvent agréable. La brise venant de l'Océan Atlantique s'apprécie. En hiver, cette sortie est proposée en "version courte" lors de jours ensoleillés uniquement. Il n'est pas rare que les sols soient enneigés. L'expérience se termine toujours par un moment chaleureux autour d'une bière ou un café chaud ( inclus dans le tarif ) à la Venta située aux abords du point de départ.

En parcourant Donostia, je vous montrerai la manipulation de base de votre appareil photo, quelle qu'elle soit, nous apprendrons à personnaliser les ajustements, et nous étudierons les différentes formes de vos caméras, pour en tirer le meilleur parti, dans des endroits très spéciaux à Donostia. Nous apprendrons à mesurer la lumière, dans des situations réelles, telles que des contralies, des forêts claires, sur la plage ou entre les ruelles et, bien sûr, pour décider de la bonne exposition, pour vos photos. Lorsque nous aurons terminé l'expérience, vous aurez manqué votre appareil photo, vous aurez quelques bonnes notes de Saint-Sébastien, sûrement une nouvelle amitié et vous pourrez vraiment commencer à profiter de la passion de la photographie

Comenzaremos el circuito desde el Centro Kursaal, desde dónde iremos por el paseo nuevo hacia, lo viejo, que es como se llama en Donostia, al casco histórico de la ciudad, visitaremos el puerto, y parando, como no en la espectacular playa de la Concha, y su famosa barandilla, llegaremos hasta la catedral del Buen Pastor, dónde terminaremos nuestra sesión de fotos. En esta sesión de fotos te llevarás los mejores recuerdos en imágenes, de tu visita a San Sebastián. Haremos tomas en los lugares más emblemáticos y reconocibles de la ciudad, y en otros lugares especiales y más escondidos de Donosti. Durante el recorrido, os mostraremos como posar y que os sintáis cómodos delante de la cámara. Tanto tú y tu pareja, familia o amigos pasaréis un rato agradable mientras nos conocemos y descubrimos la ciudad.

(MINIMO 2 PERSONAS) Nos encontraremos en el barrio de Gros y te llevaré a caminar por una de las orillas marítimas más hermosas de esta región, la que nos lleva desde la bahía de San Sebastián hasta la bahía de Pasaia por ni más ni menos que el Camino de Santiago. Para ello subiremos al monte Ulía y, caminando paralelos al litoral, descubriremos bellísimos paisajes rebosantes de mar, cielo y tierra que te enamorarán. Bajaremos entre faros a la bocana de la bahía de Pasajes, y recorreremos el pueblo pesquero de Pasai San Pedro, pueblo de remeros y de personajes ilustres como Blas de Lezo. Finalmente volveremos al punto de partida en transporte público. Tardaremos unas cuatro horas. Te contaré por qué esta ruta es tan querida por nosotros los donostiarras y las historias sobre todo lo que encontraremos por el camino: fuentes de aguas frescas, humildes acueductos, solitarios faros, escondidas ruinas, atalayas desde donde se divisaban las ballenas. Te señalaré todo lo visible a este y oeste desde los miradores del paseo, mientras al norte contemplamos el poderoso mar Cantábrico. Tras incontables treks por medio mundo, Ulía sigue siendo "mi" montaña favorita. No puedes perdértela en tu visita a Donostia. Fácil y muy muy bonito. Habiendo nacido en esta villa tengo muchas cosas que enseñarte. (contacte por mensaje para acordar la fecha) *8:50 Salimos en tren desde Donostia-San Sebastian hasta Zarautz (sólo dura 30 minutos). *9,20 Caminaremos por la playa y respirar aire puro *Visitaremos el mercado rural donde degustaremos producto local como sidra, queso y dulce de manzana *Después pasearemos por la parte antigua con sus monumentos y leyendas y subiremos por la calzada romana que es parte del Camino de Santiago, parando en el Torreón de 1913 para disfrutar de vistas únicas y respirar aire puro. *Cataremos dos txakolis y bonito o antxoa de Getaria mientras os explicamos el origen y el porvenir de nuestro Txakoli. *Continuaremos hasta el pueblo medieval de Getaria conocido por el txakoli y el pescado a la parrilla, maravilloso! Conoceremos su historia y anécdotas. *14,30: Una vez terminada la excursión puedes elegir entre volver a Donostia-San Sebastián en bus público o quedarte en Getaria (recomendado).
