We dont have fixed itinerary because it will change in according the weather but normally we sail in direction of the smaller island of Maddalena archipelago (Spargi,Budelli,Razzoli,Santa Maria,Corcelli) l discovering history of this amazing land; we do 2 to 3 stops to the wonderful beaches in clear water with the possibility of go on the island by zodiac. In Budelli Island it will be possible see the famous 'Pink Beach' the only one in the world. Lunch on board will offred by the capitan with tipical sardish appetizzer and wine, pasta, sweet , coffe and tipical liquor . After that we sail i back to Palau crossing in the famous Bonifacio strict , the fifth strongest windy place in the world, in all saefty with the captain experience. we'll come back in porto around 17.00 I can accommodate private Charters for groups up to 10 sailors, contact me to schedule a private sailing for you and your friends. Una divertentissima esperienza in SUP, adatta anche a chi non ha mai usato una tavola stand up paddle, nella bellissima Golfo Aranci. Dopo una lezione teorica e delle prove in acqua imparerete a navigare in sicurezza con la tavola SUP. Partiremo dalla spiaggia dei baracconi alla scoperta delle bellissime calette del golfo. Panorami mozzafiato, acqua cristallina e spiagge meravigliose fanno da cornice a questa divertente esperienza tra sport e natura. Costeggeremmo l’isola di Figarolo con i suoi bellissimi fondali, faremo una sosta su una piccola spiaggia dell’isola dove vi offriremo, a seconda dell’orario scelto, colazione o aperitivo con prodotti rigorosamente made in Sardinia!! Altra tappa è Cala moresca dove ci si potrà rilassare e fare dei bagni. Questo Golfo è popolato da una famiglia di delfini Tursiopi (bottle nose) e con un pò di fortuna, potremmo ammirarli mentre nuotano e giocano. This experience is not the usual, commercial tour where you will feel like a dumb passenger on a boat powered by an engine!!! With us, you will experience a real hands-on sailing tour on a fast cruiser-racer sailboat, a Beneteau First 33.7. This boat has a vast sail wardrobe which allows us to reach the most beautiful coves of the area under sail, either in a light breeze or in more windy conditions: we guarantee the engine will be used only in absence of wind; and, best of all, Paolo, the experienced skipper, will show you how to steer and trim the sails. When we meet, Paolo will explain some basic safety rules, and then we will start the tour. The suggested destination is the "Devil's Saddle" promontory, so called after an old legend. We will drop anchor to swim in crystal clear waters in a wonderful cove, and, during the summer, will swim with you to discover the secret “Purple Cave”. While sailing, you will admire breathtaking landscapes and cliffs, which will be described in details. If we are lucky, dolphins will follow us during the navigation! Generally, the morning experience is gifted with light winds, making it ideal for a stopover in calm waters (which is ideal for swimmers), whereas the afternoon tour is ideal for sailing in stronger winds. In case of wavy seas, anchoring and swimming might be not possible due to safety reasons.

We’ll set sail from the port via sailboat and cruise Alghero Bay, listen to some good music, enjoy good drinks, and bask in the glory that is a Mediterranean sunset aboard a sailing boat. You can choose to relax onboard or let me teach you how to sail the boat. One thing is for sure – the best way to finish the day is to take a dive into clear Mediterranean waters and cool off.

Our day begins at 10am in the morning, as we set sail in the lovely Alghero Bay. We will spend the day visiting unique and unspoiled places in an eco-friendly sailboat. Having spent years exploring the waters off Alghero, I know of all the perfect spots. The cruise includes ample time for snorkeling, swimming, sightseeing, and relaxing. Also included in the afternoon is a homemade Italian lunch, paired with a good wine, and followed by a delicious cup of fresh coffee.

La visite part du port et vous naviguez vers l'est en direction du Poetto, la plage de la ville de Cagliari en passant devant S.Elia, Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca et le vieux parking, Cala Fighera où nous ferons le premier arrêt pour la salle de bain si les conditions le permettent, la grotte des Colombes où nous verrons le visage du Diable et où sera racontée la légende qui donne son nom à la Sella del Diavolo pour arriver aux piscines de Gasole où les falaises blanches surplombent la mer cristalline de couleur émeraude du golfe des anges… si la mer était agitée et ne permet pas l'arrêt, vous continuerez jusqu'au premier arrêt du Poetto où les eaux sont les plus calmes Après une pause pour plonger dans les eaux du golfe pour faire de la plongée en apnée, le voyage reprendra pour rentrer sur le port. Une expérience de trois heures intenses en contact avec la nature à bord d'un magnifique voilier, confortable, dirigé par un skipper expérimenté et accueilli par une hôtesse qui vous racontera des légendes et une histoire ancienne des endroits que nous verrons tout au long du voyage. Selon les conditions météorologiques, les arrêts ou l’itinéraire peuvent changer ou le voyage pourrait être annulé même au dernier moment. Lors de cette visite, vous ne naviguez à la voile que si les conditions de sécurité et la direction du vent le permettent.

La croisière quotidienne dans le golfe que je vous propose diffère de toutes les autres que vous pouvez trouver. En fait, pendant la croisière, je vous guiderai pour faire des expériences naturalistes extraordinaires, vous aurez la possibilité de participer à diverses excursions de plongée en apnée que je vous ai guidées à découvrir merveilles de nos fonds marins riches en vie sous-marine. Je resterai avec vous toute la journée et grâce à ma profonde connaissance de la côte, je pourrai vous raconter en détail tous les événements et les caractéristiques de la région que vous visiterez. À la fin de la journée, un apéritif vous sera offert à bord. Durée 7 heures, départ 10h00 au quai du fournisseur du port de Cala Gonone, retour vers 17h00 environ dans le port de Cala Gonone, le bateau est équipé d'un store banne, d'un petit frigo, d'un grand soleil, de chaises et devient, 5 escales sont prévues peuvent varier en fonction des conditions météorologiques pour vous faire profiter de la journée. Facilmente riconoscibile per la scultura di un delfino sopra uno scoglio in mezzo al mare , la spiaggia dello scoglio lungo è la nostra base di partenza. Scogliere rocciose a piattaforma , pareti strapiombanti e piccole spiaggette guideranno questo nuovo nostro tour . La costa irregolare e frastagliata si presenta ricca di insenature , nelle quali si aprono numerose grotte, armatevi di coraggio… la grotta dell’inferno vi attende. N.B. Per il rispetto dei fragilissimi habitat,delle normative locali e per la nostra e vostra sicurezza, non sarà possibile entrare nelle grotte con rischio frana.

Take a break from the bustle of the city, there is a fantastic world just around the corner! After a short briefing we first snake around huge boulders while the white limestone cliff gets higher and higher and the water takes every shade of blue. It is here that we realize that there's not a better way to explore this breathtaking corner than easily sitting on a kayak. On our route we find small beaches cutted into the cliff, bunkers of the second world war, caves and different kind of birds. Our destination is a sandy little beach, quite difficult to reach by foot because set into the rock, where we can stretch our legs and wear our snorkeling kits, there's another world to explore! On our way back we change perspective and our attention is captured by details that we had not noticed before, enjoying every single meter. Civilization is waiting for us, the good thing is that now we can have a well deserved drink!

L'excursion comprend trois arrêts parmi les îles les plus sauvages de l'archipel près de petites baies, points de vue ou de sites propices à la plongée en apnée. I will tell you anecdotes and stories making your mind relax. will be like a back intime to life of my ancestors. You will live a few hours according to the rhythms of Sardinian family. It is all very easy and enjoyable. Finish the pasta class we will move inside the village to visit the small artisan winery and learn about our wine, the Battista wine, and the stages of processing with the ancient method. We'll go back home and i will prepare a special lunch/dinner for you. I will conquered your palates with flavors of Arimani (yesterday), the food of my ancestors, the products of one of the most ancient lands in the world and among the dishes, one in particular will surprise and excite you, leaving you with the memory of a magical holiday in the land of Nuraghi, of crystalline sea, of millenary traditions.

Farai parte di un escursione in kayak che ti porterà a conoscere alcuni tra i posti più belli della Sardegna. Partiremo dalla spiaggia dei Baracconi, conosciuta per le sue acque trasparenti e cristalline. Da qui, ci sposteremo verso la zona costiera e tutte le calette adiacenti a Cala Moresca, dove , se saremo fortunati, avremmo modo di ammirare i numerosi cinghiali selvatici che al caldo d'estate amano passeggiare sulla riva. A Cala Moresca scenderemo dai Kayak, li ormeggeremo e ci godremo una pausa con un bel bagno e dello snorkeling di superficie tra i magnifici fondali che la caratterizzano, ricchi di pesci e stelle marine. Dopo esserci rivitalizzati ,lasceremo questa magnifica caletta e punteremo la nostra rotta verso l'isola di Figarolo, famosa anche per i mufloni selvatici che la popolano . A lato di questa isoletta paradisiaca, raggiungeremo un allevamento di pesci in mezzo al mare, conosciuto principalmente per la colonia di delfini che è solita circumnavigare la zona. Dopo aver cercato i delfini, ci fermeremo sulla spiaggia dell'isola di Figarolo e ci godremo la magnifica vista di cui gode il posto, oltre le diverse varietà di pesci e uccelli che la caratterizzano. Infine, dopo un piccolo aperitivo nell'isola risaliremo sui nostri kayak e ritorneremo verso casa. Per qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta, contattatemi e sarò a vostra disposizione

Nous ferons toutes les étapes pour faire les culurgionis parfaits: de la préparation des pâtes à la cuisson du repas: - la fabrication de pâtes (chaque personne a son propre bouquet de farine) et pourra faire sa propre pâte à pâtes, ayant la possibilité de gérer la différence entre chaque pâte. - préparation et dégustation de la farce (éplucher les pommes de terre, mélanger les ingrédients, goûter) Tous les ingrédients seront placés sur la table et tout le monde se mélangera et goûtera et se comparera les uns aux autres. Une compétition qui sera une façon amusante de connaître la vraie saveur - fermeture des culurgiones Une fois que vous aurez appris la fermeture des colurgions, vous ne l'oublierez jamais .. mais apprendre que cela dépend de vous, de votre patience, de votre concentration et de vos capacités. - boire du vin (boire et cuisiner viennent toujours ensemble) et on a toujours le goût d'un bon blanc sarde et d'un bon rouge sarde - déjeuner / dîner ensemble (avec entrées et vins) Une fois que nous avons mis la table et mis les entrées, nous sommes prêts à profiter de notre travail et à déguster un repas typiquement italien / sarde - des pâtes à emporter (si vous aimez et si vous ne mangez pas tout) Autres remarques S'il vous plaît conseiller sur intolleance / problème allergique ou autre demande sur la nourriture.
